Meet the Instructors
The club has four gym instructors, all of which have different strengths and qualifications. Many offer private training sessions. Should you wish to organise a private session, their phone numbers and rates are available from the Club office.
My name is Ray Buckley. I am 34 years old and have been involved in sport and fitness for as long as I can remember! I have been working in the health and fitness industry for almost 10 years. My name is Sharon Corkery, I have been involved with the fitness industry for over 25 years. I have worked in different leisure centres, working my way up to management. My name is Edel Kelleher, l have been teaching fitness for over 15 years with NCEHS qualifications in many disciplines including Strength and Tone, Spinning, Bootcamp and Personal Training. I am also a holistic massage therapist of 20 years and more recently have become a Yoga Alliance India Hatha Yoga teacher. I currently teach Spin & Tone in Sunday’s Well and I am also available privately
My name is Yvonne Peterson. I have been doing various classes in Sundays Well gym for +11 years. Classes consisted of Spinning classes and Tone & Strength classes. It has been great to see the improvement everyone has made over all the years. Just this year since September I retired from the spinning classes.
