We currently have five teams through to the knockout stage. I would like to congratulate all members who have successfully played for and represented the club.
I would like to encourage all members to come down and support them as they progress to the next stage.
The Fionnuala Quigley Internal Winter League has three weeks completed and, as always, has proven to be a very enjoyable experience for our members. We have five teams entered, separated by only a handful of points, so all to play for with 3/4th playoffs on Friday, 17th April, and Finals to be played Saturday, 18th April @ 4 pm, and celebrations that evening will be combined with Ladder Cup at our “Spring Social Evening ( details to follow… )
3. Sundays Well Munster Masters
The Munster Masters will take place in Sunday’s Well from Thursday, 26th to Sunday, 29th of March. Thank you to Marie Duffy and Ger Flynn for organising and running this tournament and to our sponsors Arachas Insurance. Entry is now closed with over 260 entries across 60 events.

5. Friday Social Tennis
Friday Social Tennis continues. It’s a wonderful opportunity to meet new people and play tennis in a fun and relaxed environment. I would encourage everyone to please participate when possible. Please note that this event will not run on March 27th due to the Munster Masters tournament.
Thank you to the regular players who have volunteered to help organise this event. You can sign up online.
6. Junior Tennis Report
Term 3 registration will be going out to our members this week.
We have a strong team competing in the Carrigaline Cup for U12’s and U14’s semi-finals. We wish them all success.
We are in phase 2 of the U11 Green Baller Munster Regional League and doing really well. Last weekend we played Mallow and won 3-1 (lost previously 1-3 to the same team).
7. WhatsApp Group
The WhatsApp group is proving very useful, and we are receiving positive feedback from members. It has been great to use the group to highlight the Winter Leagues games and share updates with you all. The group now includes over 370 club members. If you haven’t joined, you can still do so using the link below. To reiterate, email will still be the main form of communication from the club.
