Munster Senior Open  The Munster Senior Open was held in the club in June with nearly 500 participants competing in 29 events. The finals of the O’Connor’s Pharmacy Munster Junior Open Championships were concluded in superb conditions at the weekend. For the previous 7 days over 200 boys and girls in age groups from as young as under 8 right through to under 18 competed in this Category 1 Irish Junior Tennis tournament and many of the country’s top juniors from all four provinces battled in blistering sunshine for the main titles.
